WINE ROUTE TOUR
We offer full or half day tours to the following places. Five different wine tasting is included in the price.
CONSTANTIA
This is the valley where the wine industry was born and is home
to some of the country’s finest vintages. Constantia is the
oldest wine estate in South Africa. At Groot Constantia you will
find an example of the finest Cape Dutch architecture and a
historical monument that dates back to the 1685. For the past
320 years this wine has been the choice of the world’s
aristocracy.
Optional: While we are here we can pay a visit to the Kirstenbosch Botanical Garden.
STELLENBOSCH
The wineland region around Stellenbosch is also known as the
Boland. It is one of the oldest and most beautiful wine-growing
regions that date back to the 18th century. We will visit the
oldest cellar in the mountain (The Bergkelder), that was founded
in 1968. Our tour will take us to 4 different and famous wine
cellars in the region.
